Holiday Season bringing in more jobs

Despite the increase in unemployment job growth got an unexpected boost last month.

Reports say the economy added 204 thousand jobs.
Economists were expecting weak job growth due to uncertainties created by the budget battles in Washington.
With the Holiday Season here, employers are expected to create more jobs by hiring seasonal workers.
And they say the extra help has already come in handy.

"As business continues to increase we will hire for more needs that we have and then if we have anything we need to replace we'll replace that as well."

The National Retail Federation expects retailers to hire at least 720 thousand seasonal workers.
