USO at local airports request help for the holidays

The USO at the Pensacola International Airport and Northwest Florida Regional Airport will feed thousands of military members traveling home for the holidays.
They need your help to do it.
Kalie Desimone- The USO office at the Pensacola International Airport will be open extended hours during the peak travel times to provide love and care to our military.  Drop off now until the 21st.

The USO is looking for donations from the community for the men and women who will be stopping the center on their way home for the holidays. Because of health regulations home-baked goodies can't be accepted but salty snacks, ramen noodles, pre-packaged cookies, and doughnuts are popular favorites. The USO is also looking for bottled water, canned soda, paper plates, napkins and plastic silverware.

Heidi Blair- Director, USO Northwest Florida
"For our troops that are traveling they finally get to go home after being away usually for the first time after Thanksgiving. To know that the community cares enough to bring them snacks and goodies is amazing. They are always grateful."
