Holiday sales down
It's traditionally the busiest shopping period of the year, but apparently shoppers are holding back.
After a strong start to the holiday shopping season, sales have fallen for the past three weeks.
Last week, sales were down three percent, compared with the same week last year.
That's according to Shoppertrak, which collects information from 40-thousand locations.
The two-month period that begins November First is especially important to retailers, because they can make up to 40 percent of their annual revenue.
