Target: No PIN numbers were stolen in massive identity theft

There are new developments in the Target hacking scandal. The retailer is denying reports that personal identification numbers were stolen along with credit and debit card information.

Cyber security experts say, if malware infected the swipe machines at store registers it could have stolen pin data along with customer names and account numbers. Target insists there is no indication pins were part of the theft.

Experts are also warning people about phishing scams. Emails that appear to come from Target ask the reader to follow a link to a website and fill out personal information.

They are warning you not to open those emails, or give out any information.
