Congressman Radel out of rehab

The Florida Congressman who pleaded guilty to cocaine possession is no longer in rehab this morning.
Representative Trey Radel went into rehab as part of a probation sentence after he was caught buying cocaine from an undercover officer.
At a press conference last night, the Republican lawmaker apologized.
"While I am thankful, I am still remorseful. I made a mistake and I know that. I let you down. I let our Country down. And again for that, I am sorry. I will do everything in my power to make it up to you and to regain your trust."

Radel also said he intends to continue serving out his term in Congress.
The House Ethics Committee is planning a formal investigation into Radel's conduct.
