Troops could leave Afghanistan by end of year

The U.S. Military could pull all troops out of Afghanistan by the end of the year.

Today President Obama told the Pentagon to prepare a plan for complete withdrawal.
Military officials wanted to keep up to 10-thousand troops in the country after 2014.
But Afghan President, Hamid Karzai, is refusing to sign a security agreement with America and negotiations have stalled.
Karzai says he wants his successor to sign the pact this spring.
Without an agreement, troops will not be able to stay in the country after the war formally ends.
