Hurricane tax-free holiday proposal

Governor Rick Scott is proposing a new tax-free holiday for hurricane supplies.
Shoppers in Florida would be able to buy hurricane supplies without paying sales tax over a span of 15 days.
Scott says the holiday could save taxpayers up to 20-million dollars.
If approved, it would be the first tax-free holiday for hurricane supplies since 2007.
Scott also wants to extend the 3-day "Back to School" holiday to 10 days.
