Pensacola police arrest person believed to be responsible for several burglaries

PENSACOLA   --  Pensacola police arrested a man they believe is responsible for a string of burglaries.

Craig Jackson is facing charges for at least three home burglaries this month.
He's facing numerous charges, including armed burglary and grand theft.

A Pensacola police report says Jackson pawned some jewelry that was stolen from a home on 19th Avenue.
John Pharr walked into his home last Tuesday, when he noticed  someone broke in through the back door.
He began looking through his house, and saw someone ransacked his bedroom, office, and living room.

Pharr says more than 12,000 dollars of his stuff was stolen.
"Pearls, Michael Kors watches. They knew what they were looking for. They were getting anything they could pawn"

And that's exactly how police were able to catch Jackson.
They say, he sold some of the items at a local pawn shop.   A unique Blue Angels watch for 50 dollars and a camera for 60.

Pharr went down to the police station Wednesday afternoon to claim some of the stolen items police recovered.
He was only able to recover a remote, walkie talkie, and an old watch.
He says he plans on buying back the watch and camera from the pawn shop.
