Florida woman facing 60 years for shooting estranged husband

The Florida woman who is getting a new trial for firing a warning shot at her estranged husband during a fight will face 60 years in prison if she's convicted.

Marissa Alexander's previous conviction in the case was tossed out last September.
In that conviction, Alexander received three 20-year sentences one for each aggravated assault charge she faced.
Those sentences were ordered to run concurrent.
But the appeals court judge that granted the new trial says Alexander must serve the sentences consecutively if she's convicted again.
