New Bald Eagle born at NW Sanctuary

ESCAMBIA COUNTY  --  The Wildlife Sanctuary of Northwest Florida has a new Bald Eagle chick.

The sanctuary's director says it took the little one two days to get out of its egg.
It's still less than a week old.
Parents Amelia and Junior are permanent residents at the sanctuary but the chick will be released into the wild as soon as it's old enough.
