Some charges dropped in FAMU hazing case
Prosecutors have dismissed charges against one of the remaining defendants in a Florida hazing death.
FAMU drum major Robert Champion died after a hazing ritual in November 2011. Henry Nesbitt called 911 after Champion collapsed.
Nesbitt's attorney says the prosecutor is dismissing manslaughter and felony hazing charges against him. Fifteen former band members were charged with manslaughter and hazing in Champion's death.
Seven have already been sentenced to probation and community service.
