31st Jazz Festival in Pensacola

PENSACOLA - Music filled the streets of downtown Pensacola this weekend as part of the 31st annual Jazz Festival.

Jazz musicians from across the country performed in Seville Square Park Saturday.

Compared to hundreds of people who turned out for Jazz Fest in the past, not as many people braved the rain this time around.

"I came out here with my big umbrella nothing gets in the way then" said Barbera Genthner, Jazz Fest.

"It's just a joy being out here with various people in the community, eating the food and listening to this wonderful music" said John Vagen, Jazz Fest.

The inclement weather didn't stop the musicians from putting their heart and soul into their music and the jazz fanatics from getting their fix.
