State Attorney's Office calls December teen shooting justified

PENSACOLA   --
The State Attorney's Office says the Decemeber deadly shooting of a Pensacola teenager was justified.

Pensacola police spotted 17-year-old William Goodman III speeding through Pensacola on December 24th, 2013.

They say when they tried to stop him he rammed two police cars and hit an officer.
That's when he was shot.

The review says Goodman was driving drunk that morning... And had left what could be considered a suicide note at his home.
He was facing charges for an accident last year that killed a man.

The State Attorney's Office says Goodman's actions constituted an imminent threat and the use of deadly force was reasonable.
