School bus joyride

A Panama City boy is facing charges for taking a school bus for a joyride.
Bay County deputies say 12-year-old Michael Propst stole the school bus from the bus driver's home early Tuesday morning.

He says the doors were open and the keys were in the ignition.
The boy started the bus and drove off.

It was found about 15 miles away with some minor damage.
Deputies believe Propst may have hit a sign or fence while driving.

He is facing grand theft and criminal mischief charges.
