Fewer lovebugs in Florida this year

Experts say cold weather is the likely reason we are seeing fewer lovebugs in Florida this year.

University of Florida Professor Norman Leppla says unusually cold and wet weather this spring made it difficult for larva to survive.

The bugs travel in pairs and normally flood the state during the month of May.
