Florida names "Mosted stressed state" in the nation

White-sandy beaches, sunny skies and warm weather may sound like the picture of fun and relaxation.

But for Florida residents, they may not be enough.
According to a new survey by the real estate blog "Movoto" Florida is the most stressed out state in the country.

Your daily commute, how much time you spend working and how much you spend on housing are all contributing factors.

Another major factor was healthcare.
With a little more than 25 percent of Florida's population uninsured, Progress Florida's Damien Filer said it's no surprise people are so stressed out.

"What's sad about it is that we had an opportunity here in Florida to make a huge impact in terms of the number of people who have access to healthcare, and for two years running the legislature has failed to do so."

The nationwide survey also used unemployment date but only up until 2012 when Florida's was just over 11 percent, now the unemployment rate is just over 6 percent.

If you're considering moving to the "least stressed state" then you should pack your bags and head to North Dakota.
