Tropical Depression 2 has formed over the Atlantic Ocean. The system is moving west and is headed to the Caribbean Sea. This system is not forecast to become much stronger and could become non-tropical by Thursday.

159 new Florida laws go in effect July 1st

Tomorrow, July 1st, 159 new laws will go into effect in Florida.
The most important is the state's 77 billion dollar budget.

The new budget includes more money for child welfare programs and money for colleges and universities to help with student's tuition.

Some of the new laws include, better tracking of sexual offenders, and allowing children of illegal immigrants to pay in-state tuition at state universities,
Plus a ban on electronic cigarettes to minors.
