Historic Cleveland bridge demolished

Downtown Cleveland was rocked this morning as a historic bridge was brought down.

The Innerbelt Bridge was imploded, sending chunks of steel and concrete into the river below.
The I90 bridge first opened to traffic back in August 1959.
The Ohio Department of Transportation will replace the bridge with two new structures.

One will carry traffic in each direction.
