Labor Day Weekend packs FL roads and airports

A holiday off, could be extra work for travelers.

"The beach is gonna be insane yeah i think the most challenging part is actually just getting to crossing the bridge is going to be a pain in the butt," said Orlando Palmer of Florida.

People hopping on planes, like E.C. Larkin, are seeing crowds of infrequent flyers.

"Mostly people that don't travel much don't know where to stand or get out-of-the-way or how to handle the airport i mean it don't it's not ugly they just kind of slow things down sometimes," Larkin said.

Mike Newton is also flying.  The Florida State fan is headed to Oklahoma for the big game.

"If there's a Florida State game being played in Dallas today, I
don't care if it was packed to the brim with people if you got to get
somewhere you got to get somewhere," Newton said.

Analysts say nearly 8-percent of Labor Day travelers, or 2.65 million people will be flying.
