Appeals court rejects same-sex marriage case in Miami

A Miami-based appeals court rejected Florida Attorney General's request to delay two same sex marriage cases until the U.S. Supreme court could make a decision nationally on the issue,
The third district of appeals ruled that the cases from Miami-Dade and Monroe counties will move forward.

Attorney General Pam Bondi's office appealed rulings in both counties stating that Florida voters made the decision to ban same sex marriage.
