Olympic daily results

Today--five gold medals--were up for grabs and team USA earned a place on the podium--for a third day in a row.

Veteran Julia Mancuso snagged the bronze in the women's super-combined.

The 29-year-old won her fourth career olympic medal--after dominating in the downhill portion and finishing just strong enough in the slalom.
Until today, she hadn't raced in a slalom event all season.

Monique Lamoureax, Brianna Decker, and Amanda Kessel all scored within 55 seconds in the first period--helping the Americans beat the Swiss team nine to zero.

It was the fastest three-goal sequence in Olympic history.
