Florida's elections supervisors are tallying their registered voters ahead of the August primaries.

Monday, July 30th, was the last day for new voters to register and for registered voters to change their party affiliation.

The numbers aren't final yet. Santa Rosa County's Supervisor of Elections Tappie Villane said all registration forms that were mailed may not have arrived. They had to be postmarked by July 30th to qualify. She said the state will close its books for the primaries on August 9th.

The primaries will be held August 28th. Early voting will take place from August 18th to August 25th.
