
FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. (WEAR) — Officials have identified the two involved in a deadly shooting in Fort Walton Beach.
According to the City of Fort Walton Beach, 18-year-old Nate Richards was involved in a domestic dispute with 35-year-old Dewayne White.
During the dispute, police say the argument turned violent, a fight over a gun ensued - and the two men were shot.
A release states White was shot three times and Richards once.
Both were taken to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, where Richards succumbed to his gunshot wound.
White was treated and released from the hospital.
No arrest has been made
The Fort Walton Beach Police Department is working with the State Attorney’s Office to investigate the incident.
