BAY MINETTE, Ala. — Three people are facing drug charges after a traffic stop in Baldwin County.
Bay Minette Police say Rahkel Riley was clocked driving 60 miles per hour on D'Olive Street early Sunday morning. The posted speed limit is 25 miles per hour.
During the traffic stop, the officers smelled marijuana. A search of the car turned up marijuana, five pounds of spice, and a loaded pistol.
Riley is charged with drug trafficking.
Police also arrested two passengers.
Charles McGhee, Jr., is charged with drug trafficking. Terence Wallace is charged with drug trafficking and possession of marijuana. Wallace is also wanted in Morgan County, Alabama, on a felony drug warrant.
They were booked into the Baldwin County Jail.
