Escambia County Sheriff's Office (ECSO) responded to a call on Whitehead Drive in reference to a disturbance on Saturday, August 11.

According to the report, 43-year-old Sjadorhia Lavette Hand and a household members began to argue over money. The victim said within the report he resided in the home with Hand for approximately a year and six months.

When the household member attempted to gather his things from the home and leave, Hand became very upset and started hitting him, says the report.

ECSO stated in the investigation, they observed the victim with two bleeding scratch marks on his right cheek and and a torn tank top with blood on the collar.

The victim told the deputies within the report, he did not touch nor strike Hand and did not want to press charges.

Hand was arrested for domestic violence and was given a court date of September 4.
