PENSACOLA, Fla. (WEAR) — Kids call 911 after a woman allegedly on drugs starts acting in a way they feared.
According to the report from Pensacola Police Department, on January 9 the children living in the residence of 38-year-old Eunice Bowden's called 911 after they saw her half clothed, rolling and crying on the floor of her bedroom.
When officers arrived Bowden was not complying with them and was speaking incoherently, according to the report.
She also grabbed at the officers several times and broke items in her room, the report stated.
The children in the home stated Bowden was smoking and drank a beer with a man, according to the report.
The children said whenever the man left, they could hear Bowden screaming about R. Kelly and saw her taking her shirt and bra off, according to the report.
The report revealed the children were in fear of Bowden so they locked themselves in a room upstairs.
When the officers arrived at the residence, Eunice stated "He gave me something", says the report.
This was not the first time Bowden had acted this way from drug use, the report said.
Bowden was taken to Baptist Hospital. The children were taken out of her custody.
On February 9 Bowden was taken to the Escambia County Jail on child neglect charges.
She has since been released on a $5,000 bond.
