Crews are still searching for a man who went missing while paddle boarding in Little Sabine Sunday.

Monday, Channel 3's Christina Leavenworth learned Mark Nestenius' paddle board was found by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) facility in Northwest Florida.

Rebekah Nelson with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) confirmed to Channel 3 news Nestenius is from Frisco, Texas.

Escambia County Sheriff's Office (ECSO) Maj. Andrew Hobbs told Channel 3 News marine assets are assisting agencies searching for the 26-year-old man.

Members of the Gulf Breeze Fire Department (GBFD) were seen walking the shoreline of Pensacola Beach Monday morning.

At this time, authorities say they are still treating this as a search and rescue, not a recovery mission.

Sunday, multiple agencies, including the Coast Guard, FWC, ECSO and GBFD searched for him after he was reported missing around 5:30 p.m.

Nestenius weighs 160 pounds and was wearing a bright colored shirt and black board shorts. Call Coast Guard Sector Mobile at 251-441-6221 if you have any information that can help.
