Foley man arrested for sex crimes against children
Baldwin County, Ala. —
Bond is denied for a Foley man arrested on sex crimes in Baldwin County.
Sheriff deputies said two victims recently came forward stating Greg Fountain abused them while in his care.
According to a report, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico arranged for Fountain and his wife to take custody of the two children in 2006 because their mother worked so many hours.

Greg Fountain is facing sexual abuse of a child under 12, two counts of rape second degree, one count of sodomy second degree, two counts of sexual abuse (one felony and one misdemeanor) and one count of sexual misconduct.
This investigation is ongoing and more charges could be filed.
