New low income housing coming soon to Escambia County
ESCAMBIA COUNTY, FLA., (WEAR-TV) —
Escambia County Commissioners are set to discuss the use of bonds to help develop a new multi-family rental housing facility, at their meeting Thursday, August 16.
The 72-unit complex would be built on Cervantes street on the former site of the "Town and Country Motel."
If approved, the project must not cost more than $10 Million dollars.
