Parts of I-10 closed due to Michael's aftermath
FLORIDA (WEAR) —
Parts of I-10 will be closed in areas both directions due to Hurricane Michael's aftermath.
Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will be actively clearing debris in both directions of I-10 today.
It will be closed eastbound from mile marker 85 (DeFuniak Springs) to mile marker 166 (Chattahoochee).
It will be closed westbound from mile marker 123 (slightly east of Chipley) and mile marker 160 (slightly east of Sneads).
They are asking you seek an alternate route during this time.
