A special education teacher has been charged with computer tampering in Escambia County, Alabama.

Lisa Odom is a teacher at W.S. Neal Elementary School in East Brewton.

The Alabama Attorney General's office says her arrest is linked to a grade-changing scheme at W.S. Neal High School.

Senior Matthew Hutchins was arrested Monday on a felony charge of computer tampering.

School Superintendent John Knott says administrators noticed discrepancies in the grades when putting together the "top ten" students list.
