WANTED: Armed robber steals cash, cigars from convenience store

Authorities are hoping you can help identify an armed robber.

On June 15 around 11 p.m., the Escambia County Sheriff's Office said an armed person entered the KNJ Market on North W Street wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark sunglasses, and a white bandana covering his face.

The sheriff's office said the man stole cash from the register along with strawberry-flavored Swisher Sweet Cigarillos before leaving the store on foot.

The man is wanted for armed robbery.

According to the sheriff's office, the man is believed to be involved in several other robberies around the area.
