Water main break impacts 500 residents in Escambia County; boil water notice issued
ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WEAR) —
A boil water notice has been issued for some Escambia County residents following a water main break.
It happened on Fairfield Drive south of Lillian Highway around 4 p.m. Thursday.
A total of 500 residents were impacted, but all services are now restored.
Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) has issued a precautionary boil water notice for customers in the area.
The following areas are impacted by the boil water notice:
- On Fairfield Dr. from Lillian Hywy. to W. Hwy. 98
- Li Fair Dr.
- Sheffield Pl.
- Petherton Pl.
- Li Fair Pl.
- Selbourne Pl.
- Cambourne Pl.
- Chanterelle Dr.
- Camelford Dr.
- Villa Dr.
- Chanterelle Ct.
- Camelford Pl.
- Belle Chase Way
- Westbourne Dr.
- N. & S. Crow Rd.
- Mier Henry west of Fairfield Dr.
- Krause Ct.
- Tabaid Pl.
- Krause Rd.
- Southwalk Pl.
- Templeton Rd. from Fairfield to Campbelton Ln.
