    STATEMENT

We’re experiencing system issues due to a power shutdown at one of our facilities, initiated after smoke was detected following routine maintenance. We’re working to restore services as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

According to ABC NEWS, Langan did not respond to questions about the scope and breadth of the problem or how many customers or locations were impacted by the power shutdown.

ABC NEWS reported, the bank also confirmed in a tweet they had similar issues last Friday stating, "We’re sorry some of our customers may continue to experience an issue with our online banking and mobile app. We’re working hard to resolve the matter ASAP and will post additional updates here."

Channel 3 News received a message from a viewer in Pensacola who told us "I couldn't use my Wells Fargo card at all today. I went into a branch to be informed that they're not sure when this issue will be resolved. Yet there was no attempt to communicate this to your customers. It's certainly hard to travel when you have money but can't access it. No rental car, no hotel!"
