Acting EPA administrator defends rolling back Obama-era regulations on coal

WASHINGTON (SBG) - President Donald Trump promised to end what he calls "the war on coal" and on Tuesday, the administration announced its plan to roll back Obama-era regulations on emissions from coal-fired power plants.

In the video above, national correspondent Michelle Macaluso sits down with Acting Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency Andrew Wheeler about why the president wants states to have the power to regulate coal greenhouse gas emissions instead.
