(WEAR) — Sunday meal preps make Monday, and even the rest of the week, less stressful.
"Meal prepping" may sound time consuming, so here are a few tips to help:
- Pick recipes that are easy to double so you can get more out of a meal.
- Freezer-friendly meals are great. Soups, casseroles, and smoothies are a few easy favorites.
- Partner up with a friend so you have somebody you can chat with while chopping up your fruits and veggies.
- You'll want to write down your weekly plan so that you're able to stay on track and know what is available.
- Take advantage of all of the amazing recipes you find online for inspiration.
