Aubrey Spears

Aubrey Spears joined the WEAR News team as a reporter in July 2023.

Growing up in South Mississippi, Aubrey has lived along the Gulf Coast all her life. She graduated from Spring Hill College with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts with a concentration in broadcast journalism.

While attending Spring Hill College, Aubrey anchored for the college’s live news show, contributed to the newspaper as a reporter, and interned with WPMI-TV in Mobile, AL.

In her spare time, Aubrey enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Chancho, as well as photography and crocheting.

Aubrey is excited to begin her career at WEAR and to share the stories of Northwest Florida.
