Kelsey Coffey

Kelsey Coffey is a multimedia journalist for WEAR-TV, Channel 3 News. She joined the team in May 2021.

As a native of Kingsland, GA, Kelsey is excited to call the Sunshine State her new home.

Kelsey is a proud University of Georgia graduate (Go Dawgs!) with a B.A. in Journalism. During her time in college, Kelsey covered the 2020 Election and hosted the “UGA 60th Anniversary of Desegregation” documentary special. She also had the opportunity to do research for Charlayne Hunter-Gault’s latest book, “My People,” a collection of 50 years of her reporting.

Whenever Kelsey isn’t telling stories, you can find her Facetiming her family back in Georgia, trying out new restaurants and enjoying the beach.
